She is a no BS agent and doesn't try and sell you something you don't need.  She makes really good recommendations on what services to add and where you are wasting your money. When State Farm corporate tried to pull one over on every client by changing how the home deductibles work, she called to ask if I wanted to revert it back before the renewal took place.
