> Providing an Exceptional Local Service for an Overseas CustomerOrganising a gift for someone long-distance can be extremely difficult, especially when it needs to arrive on a specific day.Eleen, Matt O, and the team at Modern Mouse were able to do that for me without any hesitation. Although the online store had a comprehensive display of items on offer, Matt went above and beyond by emailing me additional gift suggestions specifically tailored to the occasion. All of my queries were responded to promptly. After getting in contact with Matt, I was reassured that there would be no issue getting the gift sorted out for the date I needed it delivered. Usually when I order a product online, there is a feeling of uncertainty that issues happening throughout the ordering process may cause delays.
