> I was refused to be seen because I did not have my dental records (x-rays) from the previous dentist I went to.  Even after I said I opt or waive getting x-rays done, I was still refused.  Absolutely bad service - this information could have been told to me via phone when I made the appointment - if you do not have your dental record, you will not be seen!  simple as that, but I was not told that instead she simply said no major work can be done without x-rays, which is fine, all I wanted is to get my teeth cleaned.
