> To begin with the ambiance of the resturant is great for large or small parties.  Service is polite and attentive with out verging on intrusion. Lee Kam Kee is classy, yet very conducive as a warm intimate atmosphere where you can eat and converse for hours.  Bottom line: the food is fantastic!  There is a large array of distinct flavors that will tantalize your pallate.  The aroma of the delicious steaming hot pot of chicken curry with french bread wafts in from the kitchen.  Some unique appetizers are the seasoned sauted beef on shrimp chips and white rice noodle & beef ravioles. For the figure concious guests the flavor of stuffed tofu globes served on a bed of perfectly al dente brocolli greens is amazing. The distinct dish of soft shell crab can not be found in any other resturant even to the far reaches of Hong Kong.  There menu is enormous... I can't even begin to taste all their scrumptious creations.  Lee Kam Kee definitely stands out preeminent in taste and value amongst the multitude of Asian resturants in the Los Angeles area.  Check it out!  Don't just take my word for it... let it prove to you that they are definitely worthy of five stars!
