I called the service department and they told me they could help me with my Acura if I called back in 30-60minutes. I called back again after an hour and asked them the same question only to have them tell me that they cannot release that information due to \"legal reasons\" in case I should install the factory part incorrectly. What a load of BS! I've owned American cars for 10 years now and they can always look up service information for you. It's on a CD and takes about a minute to find. I've called 4 dealerships and most just say they're too busy and tell me to call back, but this is unreal. Sometimes \"I don't know\" is the right answer. The manager is hard to reach and somehow you just missed him for a minute or two.By the way is just this branch.
