I called the service department and they told me they could help me with my Acura if I called back in 30-60minutes. I called back again after an hour and asked them the same question only to have them tell me that they cannot release that information due to "legal reasons" in case I should install the factory part incorrectly. What a load of BS! I've owned American cars for 10 years now and they can always look up service information for you. It's on a CD and takes about a minute to find. I've called 4 dealerships and most just say they're too busy and tell me to call back, but this is unreal.
