Just tell you exactly what the problem is and sometimes owner even suggest that you don't need to fix it until there really is a problem. Honest assessments and they will explain in detail the diagnosis, your options, and what they recommend. Excellent!I was having a bad day and to top it off my car was overheating and I know I would of never made it home (what luck is that) The Owner was out front when my car was done, she came over introduced herself and had mechanic checking my car and before I knew, I had the diagnostic Owner impressed me with her knowledge on cars, I will be back for any other repairs that need to be done and I was also let my friends and co-workers know about this repair shop that won't Rip You Off!!! My wife's family has been taking their cars there the whole time. Alicia 'owner" genuinely cares and will tell you what's wrong with your car and be realistic with you. If she thinks you can push something off she will be honest and tell you. Makes it easier to budget for car repairs. Cheap oil changes. Always good about just taking time to look at my car if I drop by and have a concern. Female Owner was honest and confirmed there were a lot of problems. Instead of talking me into a repair that may or may not fix the issue completely he insisted that I just wait. Then went on to say that even if I got it repaired I still may have issues. I really appreciate his honesty, because if not I would have spent a lot of money with further issues down the road. As of now, I'm going into the market to buying a new car, but if I need any future repairs they will be the first on my list.
