They do not follow through with the rewards in their behavior modification program which is unethical and constitutes malpractice. Punishment for mental illness is not consistent with our laws. If someone who has a mental illness commits a crime they are not guilty by reason of insanity or mental defect, and not sent to jail for punishment but to treatment, so punishing them at treatment centers like Alpine is not consistent with the law, not to mention it is cruel and thoughless for punishing someone who is sick! We do not do that to other people who are sick so allowing cruel and thoughtless practicioners in mental \"health\" do it is discrimination. As well as lying to the people there suffering from mental illness about following through with the rewards - they argue, criticize, shame and threaten people with restraining, someone please make them stop!","rating":1,"date_published":"2012-23-12"}]}
