> Best Service Ever, I talked to Alex at closing time and she was so knowledgeable about animal nutrition that I came back over the weekend and picked up a few items for my dogs. > I use a brand of feed that is advertised on their outside wall. However, they did not have the product I use, I ordered a certain amount and was promised it would arrive the next week. Three weeks later, product still hadn't been ordered/or delivered. One day, when I went into the store to inquire about my order, the man that worked at the counter, was on the phone, chit chatting with someone. I stood there, at the counter for at least 15 minutes, right in front of him, and he did not acknowledge my presence or say a word to me. He did however, turn his back to me and continue his telephone conversation. I was appalled at the rudeness! Needless to say, the next day I called and asked to speak to the owner, complained about the service and asked about my order. The product was NEVER ordered. I cancelled my order and took my business elsewhere. They lost out on about $160 a week in business from me. I never use them and never recommend them to anyone! Horrible customer service and overpriced!
