> Extremely unreliable. The owner (Cesar Herrera) has absolutely no integrity: he'd lie so easily and did not keep his own words. He gave smooth talks but hardly delivered a fraction of what he said he would do. The workers left a mess behind and Herrera said he'll clean it up the next day. He never came back! The quality of workmanship was also very disappointing. Looking back, we made a huge mistake in spending money on this business. It also turned out that Herrera did not have a valid California contractor license! He misled us on that as well. Please don't make the same mistake we did with this business.
