They had to go up on the roof as the place has no proper cleanout. Fast, efficient, no drama, $130 since it involved more than a usual rooting. I'll take a small crew of a couple guys who run their own business like this, over some big box name franchise who pays some flunky peanuts for their work. I almost made the mistake of going with Mike Diamond until I read the horror stories (on the back pages of feedback- behind app the in- house padded raves) Incidentally most rooters will only accept cash or check, not debit/ cc cards, this seems to be the norm in the biz.
