We all have bad days. Do you ever wonder why someone is not themselves?  You never know what they may be going through at that moment!!!  I have never experienced him to be nothing but professional and very nice to any customer that was there at the same time as myself.  Give Patti Cakes a break and don't let that negative review keep you away from the bakery.  Also,  you can always look forward to a welcoming smile from his wife Phyllis.
