> The manager is intensely rude and has no sense of propriety and respect for rule enforcement. She will fail to understand that she creates a hostile environment to live in, but if you explain it to her, she just sits back and says it's the rules. The park is currently in a major phase of much and long-needed improvements, but they are also heavily penalizing tenants to achieve their aesthetic and profit goals.
