I've taken my car there for oil changes for 2 years. The KIA Forte has a bottom cover that requires being removed for the oil change. Twice! Their mechanic had left the bolts loose that hold that cover on, so that one of the bolts had fallen out and was missing when they went to do the next oil change. Their mechanic was the only one to touch the car in that time. On a hunch, I checked to see if the bolts were tight, immediately after the oil change was finished. The bolts were all loose and one was missing. I notified their shop supervisor, and he had to tighten all the bolts and replace the missing one. If the cover had fallen off on the freeway and caused an accident there could have been a lawsuit. Rather than deal with their mechanic they said that they didn't want to work on the car anymore. Apparently management at ANA AUTO LUBE N TUNE are more afraid of their mechanic, than possibly causing accidents, or losing business and customers.Sun Tech just down the street is a much better place to go. I dropped off my car and had to travel out of the country while they had it. They stayed in constant communication via email as promised and did exactly what they said they would do. The prices were very reasonable and the work was perfect. When I got to the airport on my return, the shop was about to close. They stayed an extra hour beyond closing on a Saturday so I could pick up my car. I left with the exact same impression I had when I got there. This place operates on a basis of honesty, integrity, and customer service. They did a great job and were very fair. I would recommend them highly.
