It freaks me out because they sound and look so gross. I was not about to toss my expensive mattress because a customer told me to. I had Anaheim Carpet Cleaning do a mattress cleaning when they cleaned my carpets last month. For one my mattress smells so fresh. Two, my nighttime allergies just vanished. I'm not sure about dust mites, but they must have done something right.
