Chef de Cuisine Jay Garcia and his team have developed a delicious menu full of lots of flavor, quality ingredients, and attention to detail.  Beyond the quality of the food is the extra training that has gone in to training restaurant's Cast Members.  Chef Garcia worked with all of the restaurant's Cast Members--from the cooks to the bussers and beyond to educated them on all of the food selections and how they are prepared.  Because of this training, the Cast Members I interacted with were extremely knowledgeable about the food and the were able to provide suggestions based upon their experiences.The flat bread pizza at Boardwalk Pizza and Pasta are works of art.  Each pizza is handmade with fresh ingredients.  The sauces are hand \"painted\" on each pizza with silicone brushes so that just the right amount of sauces goes on.  By hand making each pizza with just the right amount of sauce and toppings, the Disney chefs have made sure they have developed a flat bread pizza that is crispy with every bite--never greasy or soggy at the bottom.What I love most about Boardwalk Pizza and Pasta is that it is the perfect place to eat for families.  For my family of five, we will probably get a couple of pizzas and then a salad or pasta and eat family style.  Plus, when eating \"family style\" you get a little bit of everything!  Next time you are at Disney California Adventure Park, Boardwalk Pizza and Pasta is the place to go for a delicious meal with big enough portions for sharing that will help stretch your dining dollars.","rating":4,"date_published":"2012-16-07"}]}
