Chad Maddox has been EXCLUSIVELY practicing DUI and DMV law for more then a decade. You need an intelligent and aggressive attorney to represent you, in court AND at your DMV hearing (public defenders don't cover DMV hearings as they are completely separate entities from the courts).  Chad used the seemingly smallest details in my arrest report, as serious weapons for my defense. After having me plead not guilty, he acquired an excellent plea bargain for me; reduced fines, reduced DUI class time, and not a day of jail time or house arrest.
