However, when I picked up the car she was alone on a Saturday.  We checked the vehicle outside and looked at the gas gauge.  When I returned to my hotel, we started to pak the vehicle with our lugage in the trunk.  It was extream dirty with dirt clay as if someone transported clay from the earth.  We tried to claean it however it would not clean up.  the clay got all over our lugage, very expensive lugage.  The inside of the vehicle I inspectedafter seeing the trunk,  was filthy with litter.  Outside was not washed and dirty, which I told Natasha that will be ok I just need a car.  It seams the vehicle was returned the night before and never cleaned.  I would give this store a one star.  However, a 4 star on personalty of staff.  I go to Anaheim about 6 to 7 times a year and would not rent at this store again.","rating":1,"date_published":"2015-11-03"}]}
