> The Redlands branch of National seating & mobilityHas treated me & the fixing of my Wheelchair with zero caresThey have such contempt  on the phone for us after they've screwed up for months of submitting the wrong codes TWICE to spending weeks claiming the right parts were put on my Power wheelchair  only to have to admit & replace the parts they did wrong (still not replaced)We spend weeks in bed do to their misconduct & then they double up our pain & suffering by being outright rude & condescending on the phone when we finally get fed up & question them on why there is so many issues  mistakes an wrong doings over a LONG period of time(( Diann was the phone representative for the Redlands office) I'm going to spend Thanks Giving in bed because of their incompetence My IEHP Insurance rep pushed me to file a complaint & i did file that complaint with my Insurance company and HIGHLY recommend you do the same....!!
