> DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH ORACLE TILE AND STONE! They will sell you crap product and then they will say there is nothing we can do and hang up on you! We purchased Carrara white tile from them and once it dried and set rust stains started coming through and now we will have to rip it all out! Never buy tile from this business!

> Disgusting. Look at the pics of the product I received from ORACLE TILE & STONE - Amazon Marketplace. It's a very nice onyx stone which is impossible to install in the original condition. The only reason is the ORACLE TILE & STONE - Amazon Marketplace sold me defective product. All onyx tiles do not have properly glued plastic mesh on the back side of the tile. You can see I was able to remove the plastic mesh that should be like stone from the backside of the tile by two fingers. If you cut the tile by using wet saw this mesh will just slide from the stone. And ORACLE TILE & STONE - Amazon Marketplace calls that onyx tile a TOP QUALITY. I think quality for ORACLE TILE & STONE - Amazon Marketplace is something different as for normal people. ORACLE TILE & STONE somehow bought a defective onyx tiles and instead to return it to manufacturer the ORACLE TILE & STONE decided to sell it via Amazon Marketplace. And  Amazon, instead to punish the ORACLE TILE & STONE for it just close the eyes on the problem and support them in their ‘business’.
