So far so good.The machine recently stopped working and I had one of their technicians come out for a service call.  He immediately narrowed the problem down to the main CPU board.  He took the board back to the shop and said he hoped to fix it by the following week.  I called after hearing nothing for two weeks. They said it couldn't be fixed.  That was fine as it is 30 years old.  They said they had suppliers that could replace the board and would let me know.During the next 7 weeks, I called , emailed and visited the store, trying to get a replacement board and my original board returned.  They were \"trying to find one\", \"waiting on a call back\",  then \"it was on order\", then ... one excuse after another.  I finally went on line, found one in 30 minutes and ordered it.  The board arrived in 4 days and the machine works great.  OC Games has never returned the original board after multiple requests.","rating":2,"date_published":"2011-28-03"}]}
