A pair of Ugg boots was taken in to this place. Anna is the one who worked on them. The boots were supposed to be done in 3 days. It took 3 weeks, but wait, that's not the worst part. The boots were returned discolored and deformed. Anna admitted she did not check if the boots had been treated prior to being cleaned. She admits that she did damage the boots in the manner that they were returned. Anna refuses to pay the value of the the Ugg boots, claiming its not her problem that she neglected to check if the boots had been treated with anything prior to being brought in. DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING TO THESE PEOPLE! I understand mistakes happen, but her unwillingness to right the situation is beyond comprehensible. Complaint with the BBB has been filed due to this unsavory business practice and service.","rating":1,"date_published":"2012-06-12"}]}
