Seriously. They made getting my car towed totally easy.  I was in this total nightmare situation a few weeks ago where my 2 year old car DIED in the parking lot of south coast plaza.and I had to get it towed to mini of irvine. My road side assistance called one tow company in Santa Ana, and when they couldn't find the car in the lot THEY LEFT. Then my road side assistance called ultimate towing and they were AMAZING. They found my car in the huge lot, met me, let me get some stuff out of my car and loaded it easily and safely onto the flatbed truck.  The guy that came was amazing. Super professional, nice, and very reassuring they were going to get it to the dealership.  They turned a totally horrific situation into something that was very painless.  I totally recommend them for any type of towing need. They were fast, professional, my car got to the dealership in perfect condition.","rating":5,"date_published":"2012-29-03"}]}
