I have put my mail on hold several times and, without fail, they either continue to deliver my mail while I'm gone (P.S. thanks for putting my house at risk to burglary and my accounts to identity theft as my mail overflows out of my mailbox!) OR I don't get my mail delivered once I return. Every. Single. Time.When you call them to correct THEIR error, no one picks up the phone. For God sake, at least have voicemail if you're too deaf or too lazy to pick up the phone!On second thought, they probably don't have voicemail because it would be full of people cursing them out or they probably are too incompetent to know how to retrieve voicemail.Absolutely worst bunch of people I ever encountered!","rating":1,"date_published":"2016-14-09"},{"author_name":"Diana S.","review_text":"the worst post office i have ever delt with. mail deliverers dont care at all about delivering the mail, taking mail to be sent out, or putting down the flag when outgoing mail is taken, or closing the mail box door. etc. they have no pride in their job here. i have had so many problems in the last 5 years with this post office.  and no one to call or write about it. NO ONE CARES HERE  nor do they answer their phone when you call them.","rating":1,"date_published":"2015-02-07"}]}
