Ceci is the manager and she is AWSOME! The place is very clean, quiet and well secured and the monthy rents are by far the best I found anywhere in North Orange County. You get a lot more space for the rent here. If you need an excellent self storage facility with a GREAT staff, excellent rental rates and an easy to get to location, this is where you want to be. We visit our unit fairly frequently.  In late 2011 they got new management and the entire property has been cleaned up and painted.  They have 24 hour security now and have instituted a routine pest control program which has eliminated the mouse issues.  The new manager, Cecilia, is very nice.  We're very pleased with the new management and with their maintenance of the units. They are the worst in every way.  The refuse to call you back after leaving message after message.  They told us that we have not paid them, and after we sent a copy of all CASHED checks, they sold everything we owned without even notifying us.  The best part?  They sold our stuff a year ago and they are STILL taking our payments every month!  We only recently found out our stuff is gone.  So if you value your things, trust me, find someplace else to go.
