We wanted a property that happened to be one of theirs.  We ended up closing 19 days past the close date because they would not complete the agreed upon repairs with satisfactory work.  We asked them to fix the wood floors and they tried covering the gaps with grout and said it was fixed, we asked them to replace a split board on the outside but instead they put silicone over the cracks and painted over it.  We couldn’t finish the sale because they wouldn’t put the electrical box back together.  We asked that they repaired the evaporative coolers because the house was being sold with them and they took out the control panel from the house rendering it useless.  Instead of repairing it they ripped it out and patched up the wall still trying to sell the house at the same price.  After finally getting the work done they left paint all over the floors from the repairs, dirt in the floors and to top it off one of their guys peed all over both of the toilet seats for us to see when we moved in.  Also after the house sold they went back and ripped out all of the cable lines to the entire house making all of the jacks inoperable.  The cable company had to come out and rewrite the entire house again.  Avoid purchasing one of their properties at all costs.  These people should not be allow to touch houses.
