> Enmark installed a central heat and air unit for us 4 years ago. Called him to do some additional work that he said would only take a couple of hours. After 2 months and multiple calls he finally scheduled us for an appointment. The morning of the appointment he calls us and tells us he is to busy and not interested in doing the work. This is not customer service.
