These are great apartments in a great area. The new entire staff in the office is amazing, always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The plates don't sit too straight on the table! lolYou have tutoring for your kids who may end up being commissioned and equiped with a cellphone to spy on other, less agreeable neighbors. The manager will run and hide and then, after everything is all said and done, try and play the big boss. Um yeah... so that leads me to mental disorders. There is a world that's been created here by this manager and her relations. The manager acts timid and looks dorky. Is arrogant and lets hubris bite he/she in the behind but she knows nothing about managing and quickly retaliates against people for things she's done that she should know are considered illegal. After the lease has been signed there is no more signing of the lease. If you receive housing there is no validity to it if you did sign it. Also, there is no signing a contract and shelling out more money than what your lease or housing contract in this case, SHRA says! You can get the money back by taking them to court. This manager also has a auto racket going and uses the storages to hold tenants properties hostage. Long and date EVERY experience you've had, keep a hidden camera, and/or voice recorder.
