> COMPLETELY RIPOFF's Never do business with them...totally unprofessional...came to clear the toilet clog and totally messed it and when called to fix it they tried to avoid it...I would have given them so many negative stars to them if I could...The lady on the phone is a jerk and they try to avoid you on the phone...I would advice everyone NEVER TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM ANYMORE

> It's so sad I can't give them minus stars.  This was horrible, they didn't make the window for service, and they didn't call, they didn't make the 2nd or 3rd window they gave to be there either, or call.  Their receptionist doesn't have email set up when she can't answer?  Really?  Or did she just not want to take the call?  There truck has no marking of who they are, and because they were mad they had to come out when they didn't want to, they told my home warranty people the problem was a poor install, so that they wouldn't have to work with us.  LOUSY SERVICE on the PHONE, IN PERSON and I BELIEVE THEY are LAZY, they are DEFINITELY JERKS!
