> I paid for an 80 GH hard drive for my girlfriend in 2007, and Computer Guyz charged to install it.  They found a new motherboard was also needed, and we authorized that as well. They told us they put in the hard drive, as ordered, and charged for it; yet we continued to have problems.  Now, we find the hard drive is the ORIGINAL hard drive.  The owner has had more than enough time to make this right, yet he continues to be a flake.

> June 11, 2007 I paid Computer Guyz to install a new hard drive in my computer..  Upon installing, I was told I needed a new motherboard, so I authorized the Computer Guyz to install a new motherboard to go with the new hard drive.  Subsequently I had more computer trouble, this time I went to someone else for diagnosis.  When the technician pulled out my &amp;quot;new&amp;quot; hard drive, the date showed August 26, 2001.  I bought the computer new from Best Buy in 2002, in 2007 paid Computer Guyz for the new hard drive, now in 2009 the drive shows a 2001 date.  You do the math.  To date, it has been almost a month.  Dean, the owner knows all about this, ye het is refusing to replace the hard drive I paid for 2 YEARS AGO!!.  Instead, Dean wants to trade me for a piece of junk.  I bought an 80 GH hard drive, and the computer Dean is trying to unload on me has 40 GH!!  Fraud, lies, deception, and disrespect:  that's what you get when you do business with Computer Guyz.  BEWARE!!

> LOVE the COMPUTER GUY'Z !! SUPER HELPFUL !! BEST SERVICE EVER, EVER !! Fixed my notebook while I was home for the weekend from college. My DAD had called them and they were there to let me drop it off at 10:35 PM Friday night. We'd called them at 9:30 PM to say I was running late, and they said " No Problem! We'll wait for you to get here, Don't Worry". When I got there, I told them I needed it back by 5:00 PM Sunday, as I had to leave no later than that to still make it back to school for Monday's Schedule. Again, "Don't Worry, We'll Call you when it's ready". Got a call at 1:30 PM the Next day, and they said it was a little more serious than they had anticipated. They simply needed more time but he insisted the BILL would NOT be anymore than what We were quoted. Eventhough this would require more time on their part and a few more eletronics parts apparently. Well, to make a possible nightmare into a Fairy Tale, I recieved the " Come on DOWN and Get IT, now IT works Again! " call on Sunday and was able to leave at 2:15 PM. My computer has been Awesome! it's totally faster and hasn't screwed up once since I got it repaired at the COMPUTER GUY'Z!  Thanx Again!!Angel X.P.S. I'll be buying my next Notebook from Computer GuY'Z! you guyz ROCK !!
