> Unfortunately, I've had several appliances repaired in the past few years.Fortunately, the experience with Navi was the best in a long, long time.They were prompt to the appointment, courteous with our time and took a few extra moments to explain the issue with my refrigerator.After fixing it, they detailed the next steps and even let me know they would credit the service charge if I needed any additional repairs in the next 90 days.The icing on the cake was the follow-up call the next day (Christmas Eve) to ensure my fridge was working (it was) and I was satisfied (I was).Great experience......they will definitely get the business the next time I need an appliance repaired.
