We were seated waiting for aBout 10 min before anyone even came for our drink order. We went ahead and gave our entire order. After our order was taken our server did not come back to our table for so much as a refill, until after I found another employee and let them know how crappy our server was. In which we did not see our so called server until after our food had been brought out and someone else gave us a refill. At that point she came back and asked if we wanted to see the manager. I replied with a no, because I don't think it will help at this point. I am truly disappointed in the so called service we received. The appetizers ( onion rings and southwest bites) were hot and tasty. The chicken strips were good.Thats were it ends. The popcorn shrimp was overcooked and dry. The bonless chicken wings were over seasoned and on the dry side. The cole slaw was bland. The ribs and sauces were absolutely horrid. They came to the table cold, and smelling/tasting of burnt plastic. We asked for new ribs. They came to the table hot, but still carried that odd burnt plastic smell. I do have to give kuddos to Lonnie as she was our friendly waitress and handled everything very well. The depth of their lack of attention to service and food is legendary. There was nothing to endorse about my trip there. After recounting my visit, All my aquaintacnces told me what a dope I was for going. They all knew that this franchise was in a word TERRIBLE. So I guess I am the last to know. The waitress was rude and unprofessional and kept us waiting for over 30 min. We talked to the manager who was apologetic but by then it was too late. I could not envision worse tasting wings. They were horrible. I tried several different types in our party of 4. The young lady lied to me at the front door and said there was not any more seats.But when i sent my hispanic husband back in there she sold him two wrist bands for the fight that was showing. Then when we were seated a nother young lady was helping us that was very RUDE!!!! So we was going to another resterant and the manager asked us to please stay and he will take care of the bill. so we did but it was a very big mistake. When we got our food some of it was cold and the hot wings was like rubber.they was so chewy i though that i had got hold of some bad jerky. The ribs was bad too. I felt that they was boiled and they was very fatty.I WILL NEVER GO BACK EVEN IF IT WAS FREE.
