> I am try.ing to get a first appointment.  Their site says they are open 8 AM -5 PM, and that they are open now.  I have called the number twice and let it ring a long time.  No answer.  If they are closed for lunch, they ought to have a recording to say so.  Very frustrating.  Not a good reflection on their service!
