> I ordered pictures through the website on 03/20/14 and expected them within 2-3 weeks (as stated by the invoice).  After a month, I called for two days and no one answered the phone.  I decided to send an email inquiring about my order.  Instead of taking the time to give me information about my order (or even send it out to me), they replied stating someone would get back to me.  They never did.  I called and finally spoke to a female who said she would look into it and return my call, which she did not.  I called back on 5/12/14 and requested my pictures or a refund.  The female insisted that she would get them to my address within a week.  I was nice enough to wait longer than a week,  just in case anything may have caused a delay.  My pictures were never sent to me, so I called and spoke to a male requesting a refund.  He was not concerned about the terrible service that was provided and simply stated my refund would be mailed to me.Two months for pictures? Absolutely not! I do not recommend this company because they provided nonchalant attitudes, lies, and bad service.
