> Din Tai Fung #2!!!! Finally i don't have to wait in that insane line. The second location is right around the block and it's a very nice location.The food is just as good, and you can see them making the Xiao Long Boa (XLBs) right in the window just like the other location. So you can impress your friends with a little show before you eat.They prepare everything the same way, and you can even see them measure out the exact ingredients to get the really elastic steamed bun skins that they're known for.If you haven't been to a Ding Tai Fong before, check out the reviews on the other location. The food is fabulous ... but you'll spend a bit more than traditional chinese restaurants in the area.For great Shanghainese cuisine... definitely check out Din Tai Fung
