Were at our home by 6:45. Took him about thirty minutes and sewer restored! I cannot use my toilet, it is overflowing into the bathtub when I flush it. I informed them of this, and they said they would call me back shortly, and hour later, I gave up, and called another plumber who was here in 20 minutes. When I called to cancel, not a single apology was given, and they didn't seem like they cared one bit.
