> Dont waste your time going somewhere else. This place reviews your credit to see any issues and puts together a plan to save for down payment and gives you options I didnt know I had anywhere else on the type of financing.  I got kicked around at first and declined for a loan due to my credit due to fraud.  Nobody wanted to take the time to explain what to do.  I found this place online and decided to give them a try. They helped me resolve my credit issue and helped me with all the services I needed so that I felt comfortable.  When my sister wanted to buy I sent her there and she is very happy as well with the outcome.   Finally found a place I can trust that they look out for ME first not second.  Recommend to all my family and friends and co-workers for Loans or Real Estate.
