Dining at Yojie Shabu Shabu is an experience... hands down.The menu is simple... Shabu Shabu... Sukiyaki or Yakiniku.  I like to have shabu shabu and I like to get the \"geisha\" size, which is not too large nor is it too little.The meat they use is 100% angus!  For those who want to step it up a notch higher, KOBE beef is also available.  And did I mention SAKI? Oh yes!
