The professional and friendly help from the showroom (Lora) to the same experience from the installer (Wes) was so pleasant.  Their responsiveness to all our questions were immediate and helpful.  The Kozy Heat insert has turned out to be one of the best decisions we've ever made.  It heats up our down stairs so efficiently that we hardly run our forced air.  How wonderful it is to push a button on our remote control and have instant heat.  Thank you Lora and Wes!
