> This rating is for Golden 1 overall, not this branch. I've been having a problem viewing my pending transfers online for over three months now, and can't get the problem fixed. I leave an online message and all I get in response is that "IT (Information Technology - aka the computer folks) is working on it".  Customer problems are evidently not a high priority for the IT department.
