> Contacted Munoz (M) through Yellow Pages, came out presenting a bid with a plan for monthly service.  Initial 2 days of service approximated 15 minutes; "mow" and "blow".  Contacted M for a meeting.  He arrived 3 hours late.  He met for 1/2 hour with a plan of service going forward.  We never saw him again.  Nothing but a "scam".
