Got there at 9:00 didn't get out of there until 11:00 they actually moved a couple of people ahead of me ? don't quite understand that, but then the guy doing my car (not the older guy that used to do it ) gave me extra special attention - I guess because my car is older had no Idea of of my timing and spent an hour questioning me and trying to figure out the marks on the the timing 7 degrees ( I guess not marked on the flywheel with white mark ) I explained that they had adjusted it in the past one time there and then was told oh no we would never do that ? guess i was lying ! ( guess that was when they cared about their customers ) I also have been going there for years and years with all of my cars VW, Mercedes, Land Cruiser and GMC Truck - Last time there the computer was screwed up and had to go back down and once again wait be cause the info they sent in did not go through so I had to return for another test and submission- You would think they would give you a little precedence in coming in ! They have always done an excellent job fast friendly service good company. if there was ever a problem with my car they would tell me what it was if they knew and if it was missing a fuse they would just replace it they never charged me for any of the info they gave or the fuse when I needed it. if my car didn't pass they would tell me what I needed to do to fix the problem or how many miles I needed to drive after resetting my computer if I had just fixed something on it.
