> 2 college students from San Francisco traveled to Bakersfield for a week. For us, this hotel was the perfect place.  The staff were very friendly, and the room had a hair dryer! (take a lesson from that, Motel 6!).  This place offered what you need in a basic hotel: Clean room, clean/ comfy bed, quiet room, safe neighborhood, and friendly staff.
