The warranty manager in general is the most unprofessional person I've dealt with in a very long time. I will never buy from Ashley furniture again ever, they will refuse to honor your warranty if its one day away from expiring. As she told me I need to give her at least a week's notice..I mean seriously since when does a warranty expire a week before the expiration date????","rating":1,"date_published":"2012-09-08"}]}
