> We give this store a 0 (zero! zip! zilch!) rating for being so incompetent. We purchased and returned an iphone 4 that was defective. They had the gall to charge us a restocking fee for something that wasn't working to start with! On top of that, they didn't make the necessary reversal on our account after getting the phone back. As a result, we couldn't get another phone on the account. Although we have the return receipt from the store, ATT customer service couldn't find the record that we returned the unit, so they are going to contact the store, verify, and update. They would've have saved us the time and effort if the store agent and manager were actually doing the job they were supposed to do.
