I took my truck to four different shops and they could not figure out the problem. I took it to Brice at Big O and they fixed it perfectly for me at one-half the price I thought it was going to be. I won't waste my time shopping around ever again. They go the extra mile and I'm so impressed that I just have to leave some positive reviews. They are not crooks I know this because I went in for a minor service & tire leak repair,  it took a little longer than I expected but then they blew my mind and didn't even charge me!!!  I'm starting to wonder if it was a mistake (if so sorry Big O you have my info, but now you've earned my loyalty and a positive review here and on yelp, I will never go anywhere else)  A family member recommended that I go to the Big O on coffee because they had also have had great experiences there. Thank you so much :) I hope I don't get anyone in trouble from the big bosses in corporate. Just know that the family treatment I've received at this location, has made me a hardcore repeat customer that will recommend this place to everyone I know!","rating":5,"date_published":"2013-04-12"}]}
