My poor pup had an awful grooming experience. The groomers and the owner badly mistreat the animals that are in their care. I had to take my pup to my vet after she was groomed. I had to battle the owner to pay the vet bill and even had to go all the way to the Better Business Bureau to receive my money back for the groom and vet bill. ' I was disgusted at their lack of care for the animals that they are entrusted with. I have written reviews on several websites but somehow this business is able to remove most of the bad reviews. If you dig deep (which I highly suggest you do) you can still find some of the negative reviews they've received through Google. I wish I had taken the time to research this business before allowing them to work with my beloved pet. This is over a year later and I am still outraged and will do everything in my power to warn people against using their services. Both are happy, look and smell great. Previous groomers have suggested to tranquilizing one of my dogs because he gets stressed and I didn't like that. The staff here didn't ask me to give my dog meds and it went beautifully. The fact that my babies are clean, trimmed, and, most importantly, comfortable is the best testament to this company. They are also very reasonably priced. I started bringing my pug puppy here on occasion back in March. Biscuit Boutique and Doggy Spa is everything they advertise and more! I truly appreciate that they completely separate small and large dogs. My puppy's cornea was scratched at another doggie daycare because the dogs were not properly separated. The friendly staff always happily greet us, and when I leave, I feel that she is in very good hands. I think my puppy loves the place too. Today she actually steered me to their door from the sidewalk.
