> Byrdie's Bake Shop is hands down my favorite bakery. I've been a huge fan of Brandee's desserts for years. Her custom cakes are incredible. As my best friend says "She's a cake genius." I purchase a personalized smash cake each year for my son's birthday as a tradition now. Each one from his Thomas the Train cake to his cute Minion cake have always been adorable. Some of my personal favorites are her quarter pounder cookies, snickerdoodle cupcakes, naked cakes (gorgeous & delicious!) anything with her chocolate ganache on it, her caramel rice krispies, salted caramel cake, dulce de leche cheesecake, oreo cupcakes, the fluffy coconut cake, chocolate chili cake, cinnamon rolls, quiche and biscuits & gravy. You can't go wrong with an order at Byrdie's. Everything is made from scratch and you always leave feeling like family.
