When we decided to upgrade our current home we went to Carlos and worked with the grand daughter Kim.  We were pleased with the help and ideas she gave us to redo our shower.  Being senior citizens her suggestions and ideas really helped us.  Being a do it yourselfer I was pleased with the process they went through to do a perfect job.  Having worked with stained glass windows you learn glass work has to be perfect, there is no room for errors.  Carlos personnel are precision specialist ,  Kim also had the glass treated with a product so we no longer had to squeegee the glass.  We threw out the squeegee.  Kim also suggested a product to help maintain the tile to keep it clean.  Best of all my bride of  47 years is pleased. Installer, supervisor, and management do not treat you well, and they will not help you with any issues or questions you might have. Extremely Disappointing.
