I like that Dr Cooke did the exam with me in the same room. In fact the whole procedure was done in my view.  Gave information contrary to another Vet. Which I was really happy to hear. Gave us some medication, gave a cortisone shot and an antibiotic shot.  Gave us a plan of treatment. They were quick, professional and upfront with possible outcome. Well the vet closed the wound up nicely and bandaged so that he healed quickly. Our outcome looked bleak but turned out well and our \"Batman\" is back to himself.
